  HOW CAN I PAY?
We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

  IS YOUR SITE SECURE?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your item. We get your money through PayPal later.

  DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE A PAY PAL ACCOUNT TO BUY?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

  RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Personally autographed items cannot be returned.

Returns will be accepted if the item is defective, if we sent the wrong item, or if you are unhappy with your purchase. Returned items must be in new, clean, unworn, original condition, with all tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice.

Please also return the Certificate of Authenticity included with your Edelweiss items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be issued to your PayPal account.

   If tracked packages say they have been delivered the responsibility lies with the customer to contact the post office. Please keep in mind First Class International Shipping while an affordable service can take weeks to arrive. Internationally we use Global Post Priority Mail for our International shipping. 

   Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. VAT is not included in the listing price. If your country's revenue authority collects VAT, GST, handling or any other tax/fee, you will have to pay the fee on delivery according to your country's regulations. We wish we could give more information as to the exact possible fees or other amounts but these vary greatly depending on the country. We recommend that people take their invoice with them when they pick up their package/s just to make sure the charges are accurate.  Please contact your local customs office for further information.
